Question 2

What services can I book?

Accepted Answer

Haircuts, colour, styling and blow-dry, manicures and pedicures, facials and skin care, spa and massage, makeup, barbering and bridal packages. Filter by service, price, rating or distance to find the right fit.

Question 3

How do I book and confirm an appointment?

Choose a salon, pick your service and an open time slot, then check out. Your confirmation arrives by email and in your dashboard, and we send a reminder before your visit. That's it — you're booked.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes. Reschedule or cancel from the app or dashboard in a few taps. Free cancellation is available up to the salon's cancellation window, shown before you book.

Question 5

How can I pay for my booking?

Accepted Answer

Pay online by card through our secure checkout, or choose to pay at the salon when you arrive. Refunds for eligible cancellations go back to your original payment method.

Question 6

Is payment secure?

Accepted Answer

All payments go through encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We support major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and never store your full card details.
